Mission

At Nightingale, we have set out to provide our friends and neighbors one thing above all else: a luxurious sense of togetherness, enjoyed alongside sumptuous dishes in an environment that encapsulates the spirit of the community. We want everyone to feel welcome in our dining room.

Vision

Nightingale is a dream come true for us. Second-generation Americans, proud children of two hard-working immigrants, we have created this restaurant as a place where people can discover the true wonders that the surrounding area has to offer.

NIGHTINGALE

Certain places in the world carry their own unique sort of cachet. Many of these places are large cities, full of history, rich with culture.

Others are more out of the way: for the people who get to enjoy such places, they become precious secrets. You and your partner may call such a place “our place,” or your family may look forward to birthdays and holidays there. Nightingale is such a place, nestled comfortably in the heart of our community. Each morning, we rise to open our doors, welcoming all into a magical, one-of-a-kind destination.

Second-generation Americans, we grew up understanding that in order to succeed, we had to work hard. Our parents, who dreamed of coming to the US and then did it, passed on their values to us. When we started conceptualizing and planning Nightingale, we accepted that it would be difficult. We would have to do something different in order to make our concept work.

On our menu, you will find bold and creative reimaginings of classic dishes, such as Tres Leches Hot Cakes and Fruity Pebbles French Toast.

We serve these sweet treats alongside a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including our famous mimosas and tea, coffee, and boba from our collection.

We are, in addition to serving our daily menu, also taking steps to facilitate community engagement. Toward that end, we conduct frequent outreach efforts to small business owners and other organizations. Nightingale makes for an intimate and upscale setting for events such as pop-ups and parties. Although our guests may come for our tasty cooking, we know that the reason they stay for that extra dessert or “one more drink” is personal.
